SikaCoat-500 Super is a one-component, water-based, liquid elastic waterproofing coating, based on styrene-acrylic copolymers with integral micro-fibre reinforcement. SikaCoat-500 Super coating system is formulated to provide the enhanced tensile strength of the coating product and forms a flexible, tough and durable reinforced protective waterproofing membrane layer. It is suitable for use in hot and tropical climates.

*Main Features :

Waterproofing of flat (horizontal) roofs and on other types of substrates, including concrete decks/roof, asbestos roof, roof tiles (either concrete or clay type), cement mortar, metal/zinc roofs, tiles.

Waterproofing layer under tiles, e.g. balcony.

Vertical wall coating against surface water infiltration, bricks with plaster layer, mortars, roof tiles, repair of tiles and zinc eaves.

*Application Information :

Waiting Time / Overcoating: Tack free after 12 hours (at +30 C)

Applied Product Ready for Use: Total full cure ~72 hours (at +30 C)

*Mixing :

Mix SikaCoat-500 Super manually or use a low-speed mixer until it is completely homogeneous prior to application.

It is cured to form a seamless, UV-durable, protective waterproof and decorative membrane.

Can be used for RC roof, car porch roof, open roof terrace, balconies, a/c ledge, overhangs, walls and RC fencing, asbestos, timber, and asphalt or bitumen.

*Recommendation :
